3. Free Trial Data
If you participate in our 7-Day Free Trial (“Trial”), AskOverAI will collect limited business and personal information to configure and host your temporary AI Agent and Smart Form. This includes your name, company, email, and data you provide during onboarding.
Trial data is stored securely and used only for setup and demonstration. We do not sell or share Trial data unless you opt in to updates. All Trial accounts expire after seven (7) days. If not upgraded before expiration, your Trial AI Agent, Smart Form, and related data may be permanently deleted.

All data is stored on secure, enterprise-hosted servers protected by industry-standard safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
