Is there a setup fee?
Yes — there’s a one-time $349 Launch Setup fee, which covers the complete build of your AI Agent and Smart Forms. This includes onboarding, customization, integration, and deployment. After the first month, your plan continues as an ongoing $49/month subscription for hosting, support, and maintenance. We keep pricing simple and transparent — no surprise add-ons or hidden fees.
Is a website required to use this service?
No website? No problem. We can host your AI agents and smart forms using dedicated hosted links. Coming soon – for an additional monthly cost, we can package them in a mobile-friendly app format.
What if I need more than the included revisions?
Each plan comes with a set number of revisions per month. If you need more, you can purchase additional revisions at $25/each.
What is a subdomain and why would I need one?
A subdomain (like forms.yourbrand.com) gives you a fully branded experience for your forms and agents. This will be available in the future. Subdomain hosting requires a 12-month commitment.
Do I get access to the backend platform?
We manage the backend for you to keep things simple. You won’t need to log in or manage the platform — everything is fully handled by our team.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Our plans are monthly with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime, however, your plan will cancel at the end of the month in which you cancel your subscription.
How long does setup take?
Most setups are completed within 2 business days after we receive your onboarding form and content. Complex integrations or multiple agents may take slightly longer.
How many AI agents do I need?
It depends on your business goals. Many start with one agent focused on lead generation or support. As you scale, you might choose to add agents for specialized campaigns. In addition, if you need an agent that speaks a second language, another agent would be needed.
Can you customize the look of the smart forms?
Yes! We customize the design, colors, fonts, and branding to match your business.
What types of AI agents can I use?
Our chatbot agents support both text and voice. In the near future, we’ll be introducing add-on features such as SMS agents and phone-based AI agents. You’ll be able to mix and match channels based on how your business communicates with customers.

Can I change my agent’s prompts or script later?
Yes. Each plan includes monthly revision time. You can submit updates to your questions, messaging, or workflows and our team will handle the changes for you.
Do I need to write the questions for the agent?
Nope — we’ve got that covered. You’ll complete a short onboarding form, and our team will craft your agent’s language, logic, and tone based on your business and audience.
Can I use my AI agent in ads or email campaigns?
Yes! We’ll provide you with a custom link or embeddable form that you can use across your campaigns and website.
How do I get leads or responses from the AI agent?
Leads or form responses are delivered daily to your email by default. In the near future, we will support CRM or Zapier integration for automated workflows.
Can you integrate with my CRM or marketing platform?
In the near future, we will offer CRM and Zapier integration as an add-on. We’ll map your form and agent data to platforms like HubSpot, HighLevel, or others you use.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You’ll retain access to your AI agent and forms until the end of your billing cycle. After that, hosting, updates, and CRM connections will be discontinued unless reactivated.
Can the AI agent speak multiple languages?
Yes — our agents can be trained to handle multilingual interactions. Let us know during onboarding, and we’ll build the right logic for your audience. While we can offer a multi-language AI agent, you will need to have an AI agent setup for each language spoken.
