Yes. There is a one-time $649 setup fee to deploy your AI intake agent, configure your intake questions and qualification gates, and test routing end-to-end. Starting in Month 2, hosting continues at $59/month for managed hosting, monitoring, and support.

How long does setup take?

Most launches are completed within 3 business days after we receive your onboarding form and required content. More complex routing or multiple agents may take longer.

Do I need a website?

Not necessarily. Your AI intake flow can run on your website or via a shareable link. If you have a website, we can embed it for a seamless on-site experience.

What exactly is included in monthly hosting?

Your subscription includes managed hosting for your intake system, uptime monitoring/error checks, support, and up to two (2) small updates per month. Hosting runs on secure, enterprise-grade server infrastructure with ongoing maintenance.

What if I need more updates than the two included?

You can add an Extra Update Round (2 additional updates) as an add-on for $49 per round.

How do I receive leads and submissions?

By default, submissions are delivered to your email and included in a daily report. (If you use a CRM, routing options can be configured depending on your system.)

Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your hosted intake experience is disabled because it runs on the AskOverAI platform. You may request an export of lead data only before canceling.
