Is there a setup fee?
Yes — there’s a one-time $649 Launch Setup fee, which covers the complete build of your branded mobile app, AI Agent and smart forms. This includes onboarding, customization, integration, and deployment. After the first month, your plan continues as an ongoing $59/month subscription for hosting, support, and maintenance. We keep pricing simple and transparent — no surprise add-ons or hidden fees.
Is a website required to use this service?
A website is not needed. Your AI agent runs anywhere — website, mobile web app links, or smart forms — fully hosted by us.
What if I need more than the included revisions?
Your plan includes 2 revisions per month. If you need more, you can purchase additional revisions at $49 each.
What is a subdomain and why would I need one?
A subdomain (like forms.yourbrand.com) gives you a fully branded experience for your forms and agents. This will be available in the future. Subdomain hosting requires a 12-month commitment.
Do I get access to the backend platform?
We manage the backend for you to keep things simple. You don’t need to log in or manage the platform — everything is fully handled by our team.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
There are no long-term contracts. The one-time setup fee covers the build and configuration of your AI agent and is non-refundable once work begins.
After your agent is live, monthly hosting and support are billed month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. If you cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. After that, access to your AI agent, mobile app, and smart forms will be disabled because they run exclusively on the AskOverAI platform.
How long does setup take?
Most setups are completed within 3 business days after we receive your onboarding form and content. We will provide the delivery date once we receive your onboarding form and content. Complex integrations or multiple agents may take slightly longer.
What happens at the end of my first month?
At the end of your first month, your AI agent, smart forms, and branded web app are already live and running.
Your one-time setup fee covers the full build, configuration, and launch. Starting in Month 2, your subscription automatically continues at $59/month for ongoing hosting, monitoring, support, daily reports, and up to two (2) included monthly revisions.
If you choose not to continue, you can cancel before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, hosting and access to the AskOverAI platform will be discontinued, but no further monthly charges will occur.
How many AI agents do I need?
It depends on your business goals. Many start with one agent focused on lead generation or support. As you scale, you might choose to add agents for specialized campaigns. In addition, if you need an agent that speaks a second language, another agent would be needed.
Can you customize the look of the smart forms?

Our chatbot agents support both text and voice. In the near future, we’ll be introducing add-on features such as SMS agents and phone-based AI agents. You’ll be able to mix and match channels based on how your business communicates with customers.

Nope — we’ve got that covered. You’ll complete a short onboarding form, and our team will craft your agent’s language, logic, and tone based on your business and audience.
Can I use my AI agent in ads or email campaigns?
Yes! We’ll provide you with a custom link or embeddable form that you can use across your campaigns and website.
How do I get leads or responses from the AI agent?
Leads or form response notifications are delivered in real-time daily to your email by default. In addition, you will receive a daily report that provides all of your leads and form responses. In the near future, we will support CRM or Zapier integration for automated workflows.
Can you integrate with my CRM or marketing platform?
In the near future, we will offer CRM and Zapier integration as an add-on. We’ll map your form and agent data to platforms like HubSpot, HighLevel, or others you use.
Can the AI agent speak multiple languages?
Your agent supports one language of your choice. During onboarding, you will be asked the language you want your agent to speak. Additional languages require separate agents.
Do I own the AI agent, mobile app, or smart forms after they are created?
No. These digital assets are hosted on the AskOverAI platform and remain the property of AskOverAI. Your subscription gives you full access to use them, but they are not transferable or exportable to other platforms.
What happens to my AI agent, mobile app, and forms if I cancel?
Access to your AI agent, mobile app, and smart forms will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. Because these assets operate only within the AskOverAI platform, they cannot be exported or migrated to another service.
Can I download or transfer my AI agent to another provider?
No. The AI agent, smart forms, workflows, and mobile app function exclusively within the AskOverAI platform and cannot be transferred, exported, or used outside of it.
Why can’t I keep the agent or app after canceling?
The technology, hosting environment, workflows, and digital assets are proprietary to AskOverAI.
Your subscription grants you a license to use them, but it does not transfer ownership.
If I cancel, can I continue using the agent without the hosting fee?
No. Hosting is required for the AI agent, smart forms, and mobile app to function. Without an active subscription, these services cannot operate.
Is the $649 setup fee refundable if I cancel?
No. The setup fee covers the work completed to build and launch your AI agent, smart forms, and mobile app. This work is delivered and therefore non-refundable.
