We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET). Mark “Urgency” on the support form for time-sensitive items.
Revision = updates to prompts, flows, copy, or form fields. One revision is included every month, and it is $50 for every revision thereafter. Support issue = something is broken (embeds, integrations, errors). Choose the right type on the support form so we can route it quickly.

Use the Existing Client Support form and attach files (PNG/JPG/PDF). Include a brief “expected vs. actual” note.
All data used by AskOverAI forms and agents is hosted on an enterprise secure server.
We provide a site embed code that you lets your AI agent and smart webforms reside directly on your website plus hosted AskOverAI links that you can use anywhere (your website, FB, email and marketing campaigns). We will be adding other integrations in early 2026.

AskOverAI is a monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. You’ll get emailed invoices/receipts automatically. Update payment methods or request billing help via the support form.
Submit a request via the support form under “Plan Cancellation.” Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Access to your AI agent, Mobile app and smart forms will no longer be accessible once the billing cycle has ended.
Most launches complete in 3 business days after we receive your assets and integration access. Complex flows or custom integrations may take longer.
Yes. We provide you the embed code to use on your website, the Mobile app link and provide hosted links for your AI agent and smart webforms. We’ll recommend the simplest secure option during onboarding.
